COACHING

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires a person to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

PRODUCTIVITY

COACHING

Productivity Coaching helps us to get more done with less stress and more ease. But more importantly, productivity coaching ensures we are getting the right work done. Together, we identify what is important, set goals, determine timelines, and identify desired outcomes.

Clients are supported in the coaching process with powerful questions, connective conversations, accountability structures, body-doubling, project navigation, regular check-ins, and communications by mutual agreement.

ORGANIZATIONAL

COACHING

Taking the Organizing process many steps beyond spaces and situations, organizational coaching is a conversation all about the client. The client, with coaching guidance and support, identifies areas of desired growth in organizing, in our physical spaces, and in intangible areas like our schedule and our thoughts.

We work together through a framework stating topics, desired outcomes, success metrics, meaning, and action items. We continue the process with conversations about awareness, powerful questions, accountability structures, body-doubling, project navigation, regular check-ins, and communications by mutual agreement.

Ready to get started? Here’s how!

#1 - Tell Us About You!

Whether you’re on the fence about coaching or ready to jump in the deep end, this quiz is designed to help you get a better idea of what the coaching process is like, and helps us get a better idea of how I can best support you as we begin this process together!

After you’ve submitted your quiz, the next step is filling out the intake form. Our client intake form is all about identifying the key details of your life relevant to your coaching goals. This includes identifying the essential structures of your life (like supportive people and habits), what is and is not currently working for you, and what areas of your day-to-day you’re looking to improve upon.

#2 - The Discovery Call

After you submit your coachability self-test and intake form and have decided that coaching is for you, we’ll reach out to schedule your first session! In this first session, we’ll go over the answers from your quiz and intake form together, answer any questions you might have, and begin your coaching experience from there!

#3 - The Coaching Process

A good coach is your partner and companion on the path from who and where you are today to who and where you want to be.

You are already naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

As your coach, I will help you identify and then hold space for your goals, aspirations, needs, values, and strengths. You are the expert on You. And I, as an expert in productivity and organizing and coaching, am here to help!
